This Darling Point penthouse underwent a complete transformation to create a sophisticated harbour-side retreat. Delivered in collaboration with Mr & Mrs Elias, the project focused on reconfiguring the layout to improve functionality, enhance circulation and maximise the connection to the apartment's breathtaking harbour views.
The client's vision was to create an elegant backdrop for both the panoramic harbour outlook and a carefully curated art collection
A refined palette of natural stone, bespoke joinery and warm timber flooring introduces understated luxury while allowing the artwork and views to take centre stage.
The result is a light-filled home that balances beauty, functionality and timeless design, creating a sanctuary perfectly suited to contemporary harbour-side living.
