Arthouse Interiors was engaged by apartment specialist Mr&Mrs Elias. This apartment situated in a prime location, with a short distance from the city, when the client purchased the apartment, the interior was in its original condition, dating from 20 years ago. Many of the features were dated, there was pour planning and impractical layout throughout. We took to a fresh start by reconfiguring several areas to provide better function and access, maximising / increasing storage. The client specifically requested that we convert the pantry into a laundry, whilst maintaining the valued kitchen storage, which we were able to undertake. We approached every area with care, in increasing functionality and flow. One item we noticed was lacking from the original apartment was adequate robe storage, so we took this upon to increase and provide additional drawer storage, which nicely frames the outlook onto the street and the adjacent wharfs. The apartment is a true testament to the client’s style, providing a modern interior which is stylish, practical, easy to maintain and reflective of the client’s needs. Project completed 2025.
