Arthouse Interiors was engaged by apartment specialist Mr&Mrs Elias for the interior design. This apartment is located in the lower north shore of Sydney, Mosman, with inviting views towards Balmoral, and North Head. As the client splits there time between Australia, Canada and the USA, and the brief was to design an apartment that reflects the clients personality and much loved appreciation of the local area, whilst adopting a Modern Hamptons approach to the interior, with a timeless and elegant interior. With fantastic views, we opened up the living, dining and kitchen areas to capture these views, without compromising the interiors. With increased functionality and flow to the kitchen, we were able to introduce a small breakfast bar for their morning routines. The original apartment was two bedrooms, with careful planning, we were able to introduce a study area with a murphy bed, providing additional guest space. The second bedroom was reconfigured to allow better access into the room, and robe space. The kitchen features Miele appliances with a concealed sub-zero fridge.
