Arthouse Interiors was engaged by apartment specialists Mr & Mrs Elias to transform this residence in Kurraba Point, Neutral Bay. When purchased, the apartment featured a pokey and uninviting layout, with dark interiors that failed to showcase its magnificent views across Sydney Harbour and beyond.

Through considered planning, we reconfigured the space to create a light-filled, open-plan living environment. Improved access to bedrooms and bathrooms ensured the apartment now flows seamlessly, maximising both function and comfort.

The client’s brief called for a luxurious interior with a touch of New York glam — bold, timeless, elegant, and sophisticated, without a cookie-cutter approach. The result is a striking transformation that captures the wow factor while remaining practical and enduring.
